Technical Specifications
We engineer materials for three specific ranges to match your application:
- Antistatic: 108 to 1010 ohm-cm (For dust control)
- ESD: 104 to 106 ohm-cm (For electronic safety)
- EMI/RFI Shielding: 100 to 102 ohm-cm (For interference blocking)

We specialize in CNT-enhanced polymers. Unlike standard Carbon Black, Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) provide superior conductivity with much lower loading rates. This maintains the mechanical strength and printability of the base polymer without making it brittle.
Yes. Because we are a vertically integrated manufacturer, we supply the exact same material chemistry in Ready-to-Mold Compounds and Masterbatches for traditional injection molding. This allows you to prototype on a 3D printer and scale to mass production using the same material properties.
3D printer filaments are sensitive to water absorption. To enhance the life of your filament, keep it in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight. For engineering grades like Nylon and TPU, we recommend using an active dryer box during printing.

We engineer and produce our filaments and masterbatches in-house to ensure strict quality control.
Victoria BC
Any returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge up to a 35% restock fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We give all our customers for every product purchased a 30-day return policy money-back guarantee. Also, products returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 15% unless determined to be defective. If you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us at sales@abc3d.ca to arrange the return of your item/s. Please note – customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning a non-fault item.
