We are continuously working on new products. Once the products have passed our safety check for commercialization, they will be available for purchase on the website. If you are looking for a product not yet ready for purchase, please feel free to contact us at sales@abc3d.earth for launching date information.

Any returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge up to a 35% restock fee or refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. We give all our customers for every product purchased a 30-day return policy money-back guarantee. Also, products returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 15% unless determined to be defective. If you are not happy with your order for whatever reason, please contact us at sales@abc3d.earth to arrange the return of your item/s. Please note – customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning a non-fault item.
Currently, we do not have a pick up option; but we export internationally.
You must obtain an RMA before returning an item by contacting support via e-mail or phone. When returning an item for an exchange, the returned item must be received before a replacement item is shipped out. If you need an item quickly, you may purchase a replacement to be shipped out immediately and we will reimburse once we receive the returned item and verified its condition. Items without original packaging may be subject to a restock fee or possible rejection of credit. You are responsible for properly and securely packing the returned item to avoid any damage.

Orders placed online can be canceled or modified as long as the order has not been shipped. Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you. If you did not get the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@abc3d.earth and request to cancel or modify your order.
3D printer filaments are sensitive to water absorption. To enhance the life of your filament, keep it in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight.
We use industry-leading manufacturing procedures as well as maintaining high standards of quality, and having an appropriate tolerance as 0.05 mm.
