Elevate your 3D printing projects to new heights with ABC3D’s Carbon Fiber Nylon 6,6 performance. Whether you’re a professional or an enthusiast, this filament empowers you to bring your ideas to life with precision, ease, and unmatched durability. Experience the perfect blend of strength and rigidity –Whether you’re crafting functional prototypes or end-use parts, the balance between flexibility and toughness ensures your creations can tackle any challenge. Its superior stability and rigidity removes the frustrations of warping commonly associated with standard nylon. With this filament, you can expect smoother printing and fewer failed attempts, allowing for more accurate, reliable results.
Our proprietary formulation infuses micro-carbon fibers into nylon, resulting in a filament that stands out with remarkable stiffness, unrivaled impact resistance, and high tensile strength. It’s the go-to choice for projects demanding the utmost durability and performance.
Any parts made can be heat treated (annealed) to improve the material’s physical properties. To anneal a printed part, heat the part at 80 – 130 °C for up to 30 minutes by either submerging in hot water or by baking in an oven.
Like all nylons, Carbon Fiber – Nylon 6,6 Performance must be kept dry! If it does not remain packaged with desiccant, it will readily absorb moisture from the air; this will lead to degraded print quality and wasted filament. You can dry it out by baking it in an oven at 85°C for 4-6 hours. This product is available in 1 kg spools (2.2 lbs) and can also be ordered on a 1kg Master Spool. We always recommends drying your filaments before use.
This filament is ideal for use with practically all desktop 3D printers, such as Makerbot, Prusa, Ender, Flashforge, Anet, Creality, Lulzbot, Makergear, Ultimaker, or any other printer accepting 1.75 mm filament.
