Discover excellence in 3D printing with ABC3D’s very own Nylon 6,6 filament, meticulously crafted at our state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Victoria, BC. It boasts industrial-grade mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties, ensuring your prints are of the highest quality. Unparalleled Print-ability. We’ve fine-tuned this material for effortless printing. You can achieve fantastic results even on stock 3D printers. Just take a bone-stock Ender 3, set your nozzle to 260°C, bed to 110°C, turn off the fan entirely, and a touch of Elmer’s glue is all you need for extraordinary prints.
ABC3D’s Nylon 6,6 filament series is renowned for its exceptional balance between flexibility and toughness. It’s the ideal choice for crafting impact-resistant parts that demand shock absorption capabilities.
Engineers, designers, and manufacturers across the globe rely on our Performance Amide series for its mechanical stability, low coefficient of friction, and natural resistance to chemicals. When compared to other Nylon materials, ABC3D’s Products shine through, offering precisely tuned properties that make 3D printing easier without compromising on aesthetics, quality, compatibility, reliability, or part performance.
Annealing:
Any parts made can be heat treated (annealed) to improve the material’s physical properties. To anneal a printed part, heat the part at 80 – 130 °C for up to 30 minutes by either submerging in hot water or by baking in an oven. Precision extruded and immediately vacuum-sealed before shipping with desiccant for protection against moisture. We always recommends drying your filaments before use.
This filament is ideal for use with practically all desktop 3D printers, such as Makerbot, Prusa, Ender, Flashforge, Anet, Creality, Lulzbot, Makergear, Ultimaker, or any other printer accepting 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm filament.
