ABC3D’s Carbon Fiber – Nylon 66 Performance – Low Warp High Temperature – Your Ultimate Solution for High-Stress Environments! Engineered to excel in the most demanding conditions, this cutting-edge material is designed for professionals who demand the best.

Our Performance filament is built to thrive in a temperature range from a bone-chilling -45°C to a scorching 135°C. No matter the environment, this filament remains steadfast, retaining its durability, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance. We care about safety and sustainability. Our material contains no halogens and is based on a food-safe resin, ensuring that your creations meet the highest standards of environmental responsibility. Crafted from our own proprietary formulation, Carbon Fiber – Nylon 66 Performance – Low Warp High Temperature  combines nylon 66 with micro-carbon fibers.

Engineers, designers, and manufacturers trust the Carbon Fiber – Nylon 66 Performance – Low Warp High Temperature series for its mechanical stability, low coefficient of friction, and natural chemical resistance. Compared to other Nylon materials, ABC3D’s filaments are tuned for easy 3D printing without compromising on aesthetics, quality, compatibility, reliability, or part-performance.

Carbon Fiber – Nylon 66 Performance – Low Warp High Temperature can be heat treated (annealed) to improve the material’s physical properties. To anneal a printed part, heat the part at 80 – 130 °C for up to 30 minutes by either submerging in hot water or by baking in an oven.

Like all nylons,Carbon Fiber – Nylon 66 Performance -must be kept dry! If it does not remain packaged with desiccant, it will readily absorb moisture from the air; this will lead to degraded print quality and wasted filament. You can dry it out by baking it in an oven at 85°C for 4-6 hours. We always recommend drying your filaments before use.

This filament is ideal for use with practically all desktop 3D printers, such as Makerbot, Prusa, Ender, Flashforge, Anet, Creality, Lulzbot, Makergear, Ultimaker, or any other printer accepting 1.75 mm filament.
